Terms of Service
Draft for website owner review — updated 30 October 2026
These draft terms describe the basic rules for accessing the Call Focus customer portal and requesting a license for the Call Focus Chrome extension.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and notify the service operator if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Organization requests
You may submit a Genesys Cloud organization only if you are authorized to act for that organization. Submitting a request does not automatically prove ownership, create a paid license or guarantee approval. The service operator may request additional verification and may approve, reject or suspend a request.
Trials and paid licenses
Trial availability, duration, agent-seat limits, enabled features, renewal terms and expiry are determined by the license record issued by the service operator. A trial or license may be suspended or expire according to its stated terms. You must not exceed the purchased seat limit or share access in a way that breaches the applicable license.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the portal, attempt to bypass license checks, disrupt the service, access another customer's account or submit organization information without authorization.
Genesys Cloud and third-party services
Call Focus is independently developed and operated. It is designed to work with Genesys Cloud but is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially supported by Genesys. “Genesys” and “Genesys Cloud” are trademarks of their respective owner. Their names are used only to identify the platform with which Call Focus is designed to work. Genesys Cloud remains subject to its own terms and policies. Google and Microsoft sign-in are optional identity providers.
Availability and liability
The portal and extension are provided subject to applicable law and the written commercial agreement, if any. No service availability or uninterrupted operation is guaranteed by this draft. Enterprise customers should agree support, service levels, security requirements and data-processing terms separately.
Changes and contact
The service operator may update the portal and these terms. Before launch, add the operator's legal name, business address, support email, governing law, dispute process, payment/refund terms and any required consumer or enterprise provisions.
This is a starting draft, not legal advice or a complete commercial contract. Obtain legal review and complete all operator and jurisdiction-specific details before accepting customers.
